VBS General Policy
- Class Size: Each class is limited to 20 participants. First come, first serve!
- VBS T-shirt: One VBS T-shirt is included in the cost for each participant.
- Cancellation: Any cancellation request must be made in writing via email to vbs@acccn.org by Sunday, June 29, 2025 for a full refund.
- Payment: VBS online payment or on-site cash payment at ACCCN is due in full upon your completion of the online enrollment. Your child’s spot is reserved only after your full payment is made.

VBS Health Policy
The health of all participants is our top priority!
- Sick Policy: If your child has a fever (over 100.4 °F [38 °C] within the last 24 hours) or any contagious illness (e.g., pink eye, head lice or covid), please keep your child at home. Your sick child should be fever-free without medication and/or clear from any contracted contagious illness for at least 24 hours before you send him/her back to VBS. If your child is sick on the first day of VBS and his/her participation has to be cancelled for the entire week, a full refund will be granted with proof of illness. After the first day, no refund will be granted for illness.
